Responsibilities
- Continuously scan for new markets, segments, and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain a clear pipeline of opportunities and ideas
- Lead end-to-end deal processes from outreach and pitching to negotiation and closing
- Structure commercial terms that drive meaningful revenue
- Lead discovery and early-stage validation of new growth bets, including pilots and MVP launches
- Own performance of key partnerships and channels by tracking metrics like volume, revenue, and CAC
- Work cross-functionally with product, credit, risk, and operations to scale initiatives
- Build business cases for new initiatives and present to leadership
- Own growth and revenue targets and report on pipeline progress
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, consulting, or venture growth
- Proven track record of launching new initiatives and closing/scaling partnerships
- Experience owning a revenue or growth metric
- Industry exposure to SME lending, fintech, financial services, payments, or marketplaces
- Strong commercial judgment and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead deal execution and manage complex partner relationships
- Data fluency and execution bias
