Vice President Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team and oversee project and vendor management using JIRA, Scrum, and Agile methodologies
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Business, and Operations teams to drive front-office projects for both buy-side and sell-side
• Lead application development and support for critical execution services platforms, including Order Management, Execution, Pricing, Risk, and PnL
• Document detailed business requirements and manage end-to-end trade workflows
• Oversee technical implementations, including OMS installations, migrations, and integrations between OMS and EMS
• Manage client expectations and coordinate the book of work for execution services

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the finance industry
• Extensive experience with Order Management Systems (e.g., Aladdin, Charles River, Flextrade, Fidessa, or TS Imagine)
• Subject matter expertise in Equities and/or Fixed Income asset classes
• Strong knowledge of the FIX protocol
• Hands-on experience with trade and market data management using SQL and databases
• Proven experience with front-office project delivery and vendor coordination
• Familiarity with trading venues such as TradeWeb, MarketAxess, or Bloomberg
