About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategic vision and global execution of marketing initiatives for Disney+ and Hulu.
  • Lead a team responsible for building brand strategy, coordination, and communication efforts.
  • Partner with product, partnership, and content marketing teams to develop end-to-end brand campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal marketing leads and cross-functional business partners.
  • Facilitate department-wide brainstorms to champion innovative thinking and big ideas.
  • Present campaign strategies and updates to large groups and high-level stakeholders.
  • Approve campaign messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and activities.
  • Partner with content teams on high-impact original programming to drive visibility and social awareness.
  • Provide financial oversight, including budgeting, planning, and day-to-day P&A management.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in a marketing role or similar function leading high-priority brand projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience creating strategy and executing large-scale brand campaigns.
  • Experience interfacing with high-level executives and stakeholders within a matrixed organization.
  • High degree of competency in budget management and campaign planning.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, specifically for large group settings.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience marketing entertainment content or subscription-based services.
  • Proven success in building iconic brands within the direct-to-consumer space.
  • Strong partner engagement skills with the ability to develop and strengthen partner channels.
