About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary media lead for senior-level client contacts, providing strategic direction and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Oversee the development and execution of holistic, cross-channel media strategies including digital, programmatic, national, and local media.
  • Lead the team in delivering innovative media solutions that drive business results and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of media planners and strategists to ensure high performance and alignment with client goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across investment, data, analytics, creative, and technology to drive integrated cross-platform initiatives.
  • Manage annual budgets in collaboration with clients and senior leadership, ensuring optimal resource allocation and performance tracking.
  • Lead the development of client presentations, strategic updates, and industry POVs to communicate complex strategies effectively.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of media planning and buying experience with progressive responsibility.
  • Extensive experience across all media types, including digital (display, search, social, mobile), programmatic, and traditional (TV, print, radio, OOH).
  • Proven track record of managing and growing high-profile client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience developing talent at various levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with media planning tools such as MediaTools.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven strategy.
