Vice President

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute infrastructure investment opportunities across energy, transportation, digital, water, and waste sectors
• Conduct market research, financial modeling, and detailed analysis to support deal underwriting and structuring
• Manage diligence efforts for pursued deals, including business diligence, risk underwriting, and managing external advisors
• Build robust and flexible financial models to support investment decisions and monitor key value drivers
• Support portfolio companies by monitoring performance, conducting regular valuations, and assisting with ongoing financing transactions
• Collaborate with deal team members on new platform investments, add-on investments, and divestitures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in Investment Banking (Associate or Analyst level) or a related private equity role
• Direct experience in infrastructure investing within energy, transportation, digital, or water/waste sectors
• Proficiency in LBO, NPV, and DCF modeling, including both developing and utilizing complex models
• Advanced Excel skills for analyzing budgets and performing scenario and operating analysis
• Strong understanding of M&A, restructuring, and comparable/precedent transaction analysis
