Vice President, Banker, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

Responsibilities

• Assume significant responsibility for project and transaction execution, new business development, and firm growth
• Guide clients through the capital raising process, including leading due diligence and preparing for equity or debt offerings
• Collaborate with clients, senior team members, and outside professional advisors on M&A and special situation transactions
• Oversee the drafting of situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, and investor presentations
• Supervise the work performed by assigned analysts and associates

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically within Banking
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate banking, related products, regulations, and lending/credit approval processes
• Active Series 79 and 63 licenses
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with large corporate clients and capital markets products

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's Degree in Business
• Experience with derivatives, credit, cash management, trade finance, and securities products
