Responsibilities

• Scale the “Value Add Services” offering by leading strategy and execution to grow airport revenue services and SaaS income
• Scale the Aviation B2C business by relaunching the Aviation B2B Segment product
• Build strategic partnerships with airlines, airport tech providers, and service partners
• Define aviation vision by co-leading the unified product and service roadmap
• Own the aviation business plan and maintain a 5-year financial and strategic plan
• Establish growth reporting through dashboards and KPI frameworks
• Lead the M&A strategy by identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities
• Drive thought leadership in industry forums regarding aviation innovation and AI-driven growth

Requirements

• 15+ years in aviation, mobility, transportation, travel, or technology sectors
• Proven commercial growth leadership
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong background in strategy, business development, partnerships, and P&L management
• Skilled in financial modeling, data-driven decision-making, and market analysis
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leveraging AI tools to transform workflows
