About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial launch and global go-to-market strategy for Parsec Labs, including pricing, positioning, and early access programs.
  • Own full accountability for the division's revenue performance and global organizational development.
  • Recruit and build an elite, geographically distributed sales and field support organization.
  • Drive key opinion leader (KOL) engagement and early adopter programs to establish scientific credibility.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, applications, product, and corporate functions to ensure seamless integration.
  • Manage the commercial pipeline with rigor, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of commercial experience in life sciences capital equipment, automation, or complex instrumentation.
  • Proven track record in revenue ownership and new market development.
  • Demonstrated experience launching new products or building new commercial divisions.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • International commercial experience.
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman or MEDDIC.
  • Prior success selling into CRO, pharmaceutical, or clinical laboratory environments.
