Vice President, Americas Sales

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional strategy across the Americas, including revenue targets and market expansion
• Drive substantial revenue growth through hyperscale customer acquisition across enterprise, AI-native, and public sectors
• Recruit and lead a world-class organization including field sales, solutions architects, and specialized segment teams
• Build relationships with frontier AI labs, large enterprises, and government entities
• Shape Sovereign AI and public sector strategy in partnership with legal and government affairs
• Develop vertical-specific AI expertise for industries such as financial services, healthcare, and energy
• Develop a comprehensive partner strategy with hyperscalers, GSIs, and technology alliances
• Own regional forecasting, pipeline health, and operating rigor

Requirements

• 15+ years in enterprise technology sales and business leadership
• 10+ years with Americas or multi-region responsibility and P&L ownership
• Proven track record achieving >$100M ARR (ideally >$1B)
• Experience leading strategic engagements with Boards, C-Suites, and government officials
• Proven ability building and leading solutions architecture teams
• Deep technical fluency with cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, and distributed systems
• Based in the Americas with willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience operating within hyperscalers or large cloud providers
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills
