Vice President, Alpha Services - In-Kind Portal

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and lifecycle management for the Alpha In-Kind Transfer Portal to improve client experience and strategic positioning.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to generate innovative product ideas.
• Act as a primary liaison between business and technology teams to align product demand with strategic development.
• Establish strong partnerships with internal stakeholders in Sales, Operations, and Technology to coordinate cross-functional business solutions.
• Analyze complex business service flows across front, middle, and back-office operating models, focusing on cash management and liquidity support.
• Communicate product recommendations and strategic roadmaps to senior Alpha business leaders through effective written and oral communication.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle, with a strong preference for Agile methodologies.
• Proven expertise in business requirements analysis and the creation of detailed business process flows.
• Extensive experience in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency with SQL, MS Office, Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong ability to design and optimize user experiences across different digital interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, Operations, or Product management.
• Deep understanding of front-to-back investment management and digital user experiences.
