Vice President, AIS Investor Services

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day Investor Services operations for client-sponsored hedge funds and private equity funds
• Lead financial transaction processing, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and wire payments
• Manage and resolve complex client and investor queries through email and telephone
• Oversee a large team, focusing on engagement, career development, and performance management
• Maintain a continuous focus on the risk and control framework to mitigate emerging risks
• Drive transformational opportunities to improve departmental efficiency and client experience
• Manage team budgets, compensation planning, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and meet regulatory deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum of 16 years of relevant work experience
• University degree in accounting, business, mathematics, finance, or economics
• Strong experience in alternative investor services
• Direct exposure to Hedge Funds, Private Equity, or Real Asset funds
• Proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work European or North American shift hours as required by the business

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of VBA
• Proven track record of innovation and process improvement
• Experience building large teams and managing migrations
• Experience with PowerBI, SharePoint, or Visio
