Vice President, AI Operations

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end Investor Operations AI book of work, driving prioritization and measurable value delivery.
• Provide technical oversight and direction on AI solution design, model selection, and implementation approaches.
• Act as a central coordinator across AI initiatives to maximize the reuse of models, components, and enterprise capabilities.
• Lead Model Risk Management (MRM) submissions and ensure all solutions meet governance, validation, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to ensure the delivery of practical, scalable AI solutions.
• Identify opportunities to transform operational processes through the scaling of AI technologies.

Requirements

• Strong practical understanding of Machine Learning (classification, regression, clustering), NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Expertise in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and LLM architectures, including prompting and RAG.
• Solid knowledge of AI deployment patterns, including data pipelines, feature engineering, and model evaluation (accuracy, precision/recall, drift).
• Proficiency within Python-based ecosystems and experience with enterprise or cloud AI platforms.
• Ability to credibly engage with and challenge engineers and data scientists regarding technical architectures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
