About the Company

Telementum was established in 2021 as a holding company for some of the largest and most recognized brands in mobile accessories, including Speck Products, Tech21, and Alphacomm.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in all aspects of Finance & Accounting
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial packages
• Provide financial updates to senior management through data analysis
• Oversee AP & AR and ensure proper controls are in place
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines
• Assist with M&A activity and integration plans
• Manage accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems in compliance with GAAP
• Maintain internal control safeguards for revenue, costs, and budgets
• Lead and develop international accounting teams
• Oversee and manage audits for all entities
• Support Board presentation development and FP&A projects

Requirements

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
• 12+ years of direct work experience
• Deep understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to multitask and meet simultaneous deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• MBA or CMA
• NetSuite experience
