Vice President, Accounting

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in all aspects of Finance & Accounting in a hands-on leadership capacity
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial packages for internal and external reporting
• Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management through data analysis and reporting
• Oversee AP, AR, and all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure GAAP compliance
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial controls and internal safeguards
• Assist with M&A activity and subsequent integration plans
• Lead, mentor, and develop international accounting teams to foster a productive environment
• Oversee and manage audits for all entities to ensure timely completion
• Support Board presentation development and various FP&A projects

Requirements

• 12+ years of direct work experience in accounting or finance
• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
• Deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask and meet simultaneous deadlines under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• MBA or CMA designation
• Experience with NetSuite
