Vice President, Account Group Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to senior client stakeholders
• Drive organic growth by identifying opportunities to expand agency engagement
• Champion integrated thinking across strategy, creative, medical, digital, and analytics
• Lead annual brand planning, launch readiness, and long-range business discussions
• Elevate the quality of work by challenging teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Anticipate client needs, market shifts, and competitive dynamics
• Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration across the account team
• Partner with agency leadership on account health, resource optimization, and profitability

Requirements

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences advertising experience
• Progressive leadership responsibility
• Demonstrated success leading complex, integrated brand assignments and launches
• Experience managing senior client relationships and executive stakeholders
• Proven track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including scope management and forecasting
• Ability to influence across functions and lead through complexity
