Vibration Analyst - Condition Monitoring Engineer

Responsibilities

• Operate and develop Condition Monitoring programs for clients in conjunction with the Lead CM Engineer
• Conduct routine Condition Monitoring surveys and vibration data analysis at client premises
• Report vibration and oil analysis results along with corrective maintenance recommendations
• Interface directly with clients for the on-site delivery of Condition Monitoring services
• Perform periodic on-site pump performance testing and reporting
• Calculate the cost-benefit of carrying out specific maintenance recommendations
• Work within the requirements of the Integrated Management System

Requirements

• Vibration Analysis ISO 18436-2 Category 2 certification (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in vibration analysis for rotating equipment such as pumps and compressors
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency with MS Office and specialist vibration monitoring software
• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent relevant work experience with rotating equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Lubrication Analysis ISO 18436-4 Category 2 certification
• Experience with mechanical seals
• Skills in thermography, rotor dynamics analysis, laser alignment, or electrical tests
• Experience working within a diverse, global company environment
