VFX Producer

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and production schedules for assigned VFX shows
• Collaborate with VFX Supervisors to establish project milestones and strategies
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project status and changes
• Oversee scheduling, project plans, and overtime budgeting
• Assign talent to projects and ensure resource availability
• Supervise project progress and maintain Shotgun tracking
• Prepare budget reports and forecast potential scheduling or budgeting issues
• Lead mid and post-mortem meetings to identify areas for improvement
• Mentor production team members and conduct performance reviews
• Monitor team work climate and ensure adherence to company values

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of production experience in visual effects
• Excellent knowledge of GSuite and Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of Shotgun project management software
• Deep understanding of the VFX Production process from concept to delivery
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Ability to travel internationally occasionally
