Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support veterinary technicians and assistants in the Emergency and ICU departments
- Collaborate with veterinarians and hospital leadership to promote excellence and top-tier patient care
- Participate in inter-departmental meetings to enhance hospital operations
- Ensure compliance with established protocols and best practices
- Cultivate enthusiasm for emergency medicine within the clinical team
Requirements
- Credentialed veterinary technician (LVT, CVT, RVT) or eligibility for licensure
- At least 3 years of experience in emergency and critical care veterinary medicine
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in a related role
Preferred Qualifications
- ECC specialty training or VTS certification
