Veterinary Technician

Responsibilities

• Handle and restrain pets for exams
• Record accurate medical records using veterinary terminology
• Assist medical team with appointments, x-rays, and lab work
• Perform radiology and complete lab work
• Perform medical calculations and administer medications
• Communicate discharge instructions to pet owners
• Maintain clinic cleaning and upkeep

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent client communication skills
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
