Responsibilities
- Support oncology patients through diagnostics and treatment
- Provide client education and communication
- Perform venipuncture and medical math
- Follow strict protocols for various chemotherapy agents
- Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of veterinary technician experience, preferably in specialty medicine
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in venipuncture and medical math
- Ability to follow strict chemotherapy protocols
Preferred Qualifications
- Credentialed veterinary technician (CVT, LVT, RVT)
