Veterinary Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative and urgent care for cats, dogs, large animals, and exotics
• Perform nursing care in both hospital and outdoor settings
• Utilize industry tools and equipment effectively during clinical procedures
• Ensure proper animal handling and restraint for a variety of species
• Communicate effectively with pet owners and team members

Requirements

• 2+ years of veterinary clinical experience as a technician or assistant
• Strong knowledge of industry tools and medical equipment
• Proven experience with animal handling and restraint
• Solid understanding of animal behavior and healthcare needs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
