Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between referring veterinarians, pet owners, and emergency/specialty teams
• Coordinate referral cases to ensure a seamless experience for patients
• Strengthen relationships with referring veterinary clinics
• Assist with community outreach initiatives
• Support communication between departments
• Perform frequent local travel (up to 75%) throughout the Chattanooga veterinary community
• Conduct occasional overnight travel for networking and business development

Requirements

• Experience in veterinary client service, hospital operations, referral coordination, veterinary sales, or practice management
• Highly motivated and organized
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time
