About the Company
Dogwood Veterinary Specialty and Emergency is expanding. Following the success of our flagship Marietta hospital, we are excited to open our second Specialty and Emergency Veterinary Hospital in Dunwoody, Georgia this Fall.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, organized, and compassionate experience for clients from arrival through discharge
- Communicate with confidence and empathy during stressful moments of pet ownership
- Support exceptional patient care by managing front desk operations in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with board-certified specialists, emergency clinicians, and hospital leadership
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Veterinary Receptionist, CSR, or Front Desk Professional
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency and specialty environment
- Strong communication skills and high level of empathy
- Availability for weekend and holiday rotations as part of a 24-hour hospital
- Willingness to work assigned shifts (Day, Swing, or Overnight)
