Veterinary Nurse

Responsibilities

• Utilize RVT license to provide high-quality medical care and support DVMs
• Maintain accurate medical records using appropriate veterinary terminology
• Perform lab work, radiology, and medical calculations
• Manage pharmacology tasks, including logging controlled medications
• Communicate discharge instructions clearly to pet owners
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and upkeep
• Act as a brand ambassador to help grow the local clinic membership base
• Collaborate with coworkers in a supportive, blame-free work environment

Requirements

• Valid RVT license
• Successful completion of the VTNE
• Strong enthusiasm for surgery and anesthesia
• Excellent client communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
• Desire to practice compassionate, high-quality medicine
