Veterinary Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a dedicated veterinary and nursing team
• Maintain and elevate clinical standards across the clinic
• Provide clear, experienced leadership and foster a culture of accountability
• Support consistency, communication, and strong client relationships
• Oversee clinical decision-making and ensure continuity of care

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of veterinary experience
• Established leadership capability and confidence in guiding teams
• Strong clinical expertise and commitment to high standards of care
• Ability to work in a structured, consistent, and professional manner
