Responsibilities

- Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate medical records
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding estimates, services, medications, and hospital policies
- Coordinate with technicians and veterinarians to support smooth daily operations
- Handle emotional or sensitive client situations with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience (veterinary, medical, or healthcare preferred)
- Clear, confident, and kind communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Experience with practice management software preferred
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Genuine compassion for pets and their owners
