Veterinary Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and patients while maintaining the visual appeal of the reception area
• Answer phone calls and emails, triage client concerns, and direct inquiries to the appropriate party
• Schedule appointments to maximize hospital efficiency and daily workflow
• Manage client check-in and check-out processes, including payment processing
• Provide compassionate and discreet emotional support to clients during urgent or stressful medical situations

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of veterinary receptionist experience preferred
• Availability to work weekend shifts is required
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills
• Excellent computer proficiency and written/verbal communication skills
• Resilience and professionalism when handling emotionally charged situations
• Ability to work in a veterinary environment, including exposure to animal waste, odors, and potential bites or scratches
