- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, referring veterinarians, and patients
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment for pet owners during stressful moments
- Coordinate communication, scheduling, and patient intake processes
- Manage financial transactions and hospital operations
- Maintain composure and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced emergency environment
Requirements
- Experience in client service or customer service roles
- Ability to work overnight shifts (Friday–Sunday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
