Veterinary Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support high-quality patient care to ensure the comfort and well-being of pets within the scope of state law
• Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians and DVMs to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Maintain accurate medical records and support ethical clinical practices
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and colleagues
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture rooted in empathy and professionalism

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working as a veterinary assistant or in a related role
• Strong understanding of veterinary processes and clinic operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, adaptable attitude and a strong work ethic
• A compassionate approach to animal care and client interaction
