Veterinary Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide proper animal handling and restraint for patients
• Collect biological samples and assist with clinical support tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, including cleaning cages
• Walk dogs and ensure patient comfort and safety
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding animal care and education
• Collaborate closely with veterinarians and technicians to support daily operations

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the veterinary industry
• Proven experience with proper animal handling and restraint
• Knowledge of basic industry tools and equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
