Veterinarian - Partner/Owner

Responsibilities

• Lead and co-own a Heart + Paw veterinary center
• Build a team culture aligned with your vision and provide outstanding veterinary care
• Mentor your team, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional client experiences
• Collaborate with Center Director and leadership on hiring, scheduling, and budgeting

Requirements

• DVM/VMD with a valid state license
• 4+ years of clinical experience and leadership expertise
• Passion for preventive care, client service, and practice ownership
• Tech-savvy approach to pet and parent experience
• Fear Free and HABRI certification (or willingness to obtain)
