Veterinarian, Partner & Equity Owner

Responsibilities

• Serve as Medical Director and equity owner of a new urgent care practice
• Lead and manage a clinical team while promoting a positive clinic culture
• Deliver high-quality medical care with full clinical autonomy
• Mentor other veterinarians and staff to ensure excellence in medicine
• Partner with the business support team to grow and sustain the practice

Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university
• Active veterinary state license
• 3+ years of experience as a veterinarian
• Current DEA License and USDA Accreditation (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
