Veterinarian, Partner & Equity Owner

Responsibilities

• Serve as Medical Director for a new Urgent Care practice
• Lead and manage a clinical team while promoting a positive clinic culture
• Deliver high-quality medical care with full clinical autonomy
• Mentor other veterinarians and staff members
• Partner with the business team to build and grow a successful practice

Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university
• Active veterinary state license
• 3+ years of veterinarian experience
• Current DEA License and USDA Accreditation (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice ownership
• Experience in urgent care or emergency veterinary medicine
• Proven ability to manage teams and foster collaborative environments
