Veterinarian in Internal Medicine

Responsibilities

• Provide referral consultations in canine internal medicine
• Manage complex medical cases in collaboration with specialized departments
• Perform necessary diagnostic examinations including imaging, endoscopy, and biological analysis
• Develop adapted therapeutic protocols and ensure follow-up for hospitalized patients
• Participate in the development of the internal medicine service within the clinic
• Collaborate closely with generalist and specialist veterinarians to ensure global patient care
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and team skill development

Requirements

• Veterinary degree from a veterinary school
• Additional training (CEAV, assistantship, etc.) or specialization in internal medicine
• Experience managing referral cases in internal medicine
• Strong interest in teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Rigorous, involved, and organized

Clinique des Perrières is located in Saint-Gervais-la-Forêt, near Blois. The clinic features a high-performance technical platform including a scanner, digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, and a complete clinical biology laboratory. The team consists of 8 veterinarians and 11 veterinary technicians working in a collaborative environment.
