Veterinarian

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care, diagnosis, and treatment for small animals
• Perform surgical procedures and emergency care
• Lead clinical standards and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Mentor and support clinic staff, including nurses, handlers, and intern veterinarians
• Counsel pet owners on nutrition, vaccination schedules, and general animal care
• Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics, local statutes, and clinic policies
• Work with management to optimize patient flow and propose business expansion opportunities
• Maintain high international standards for physiotherapy treatments and patient care

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of clinical veterinary experience
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid veterinary license and eligibility to practice in the UAE
• Strong proficiency in surgical procedures and medical decision-making
• Expertise in small animal medicine and pharmacology
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
