Responsibilities

• Independent and joint management of the small animal center regarding business affairs, personnel matters, and strategic direction in consultation with the Regional Manager
• Veterinary activities based on specialization
• Continuous assurance of customer and patient care at the highest medical and personal level

Requirements

• Completed degree in Veterinary Medicine
• German veterinary license (Approbation)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in small animal medicine
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level)
• High affinity for acquiring business and personnel management skills
• Strong communication and team leadership potential

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialist veterinary training or additional designations
• Initial experience in leading a department, practice, or veterinary clinic
