Veterans Services Licensed Clinician

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of complex Behavioral Health cases
• Participate in multidisciplinary team and case management meetings
• Complete initial assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Conduct workshops, trainings, and provide educational resources
• Prepare and maintain treatment plans in conjunction with case managers
• Coordinate with discharge planners regarding continuing care
• Document all counseling services and maintain administrative logs
• Provide crisis intervention and other functions as needed

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted license in Tennessee as a LCSW or LPC/MHSP
• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Social Work or a similar field
• Demonstrated knowledge working with multidisciplinary teams

• Experience working with or serving veteran populations
