About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete a 2-year rotational assignment across various supply chain areas, including manufacturing operations, sourcing, quality, and Lean.
- Lead teams across multiple business levels through influencing and effective communication.
- Identify and develop process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Execute project ideas and apply a systematic approach to complex problem-solving.
- Participate in formal classroom-based leadership and functional training programs.
- Set and achieve specific goals and targets in collaboration with assignment leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Military grade of E6 or higher OR status as a Commissioned Officer.
- Maximum of 2 years of separation from active duty (exceptions may apply for full-time students or relevant industry experience).
- Proven leadership experience through successful completion of military developmental assignments.
- Strong ability to solve problems, delegate tasks, and achieve difficult goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree specifically in Engineering or Business.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Commissioned Officer or 6 to 10 years as a Non-Commissioned Officer.
- Military grade of E7 or higher.
- Previous professional work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
