Vetco Veterinary Clinic Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide functional direction and supervision to the field team
• Safely operate company-supplied vehicles to and from clinic locations
• Manage difficult customer situations, including pet incidents and emergencies
• Liaise with clinic leadership to determine optimal locations and crowd management
• Ensure all clinic processes, paperwork, and revenue handling are completed accurately
• Assist in training new partners and facilitating a sales environment
• Perform end-of-day reconciliation of equipment and supplies

Requirements

• Ability to perform all clinic job roles
• Outstanding customer service and basic sales skills
• Leadership experience or qualities
• Ability to operate company vehicles
• Comfortable handling and restraining animals
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods and travel to various locations
