Vetco Veterinary Clinic Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide functional direction and supervision to the field team during vaccination clinics
• Perform all clinic team roles as needed, including coaching staff on specific functions
• Safely operate company-supplied vehicles to and from clinic locations
• Manage operational compliance, including accurate paperwork and clinic reconciliation
• Act as the primary point of escalation for customer, veterinarian, or store partner issues
• Facilitate a sales environment by leading targeted discussions and communicating medical recommendations
• Ensure clinic areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked at the end of each shift
• Manage crowd control and effectively communicate with customers during difficult situations

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience or leadership qualities
• Ability to perform all standard clinic job roles
• Outstanding customer service skills and aptitude for basic sales techniques
• Experience with animal handling and restraint within safety policies
• Ability to operate company vehicles
• Physical ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Professional appearance and demeanor
