Vertriebsmitarbeiter Innendienst

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Vietnamese gastronomy customers in the wholesale market
• Provide expert advice on assortment and services, including delivery and digitalization
• Develop and expand the customer base through active sales and cross-selling
• Collaborate closely with field sales and delivery teams
• Organize and support customer events such as trade fairs and tastings

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in gastronomy or retail (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale Merchant, or Salesperson) or equivalent practical experience
• Strong network within the Vietnamese community
• Experience in food sales or knowledge of gastronomy/hospitality processes
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication and sales talent
• Fluency in Vietnamese is required
