About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process, qualify, and perform initial outreach to warm leads
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments between potential new customers and sales closers
  • Identify customer potential and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team
  • Maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities through confident communication
  • Manage strategic customer relationships to ensure long-term loyalty
  • Act as a key facilitator within the sales process to drive overall team success

Requirements

  • Highly communicative, goal-oriented, and success-driven personality
  • Strong passion for sales and building long-term customer relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented office environment (onsite)
  • Willingness to travel and provide full commitment at company seminars, including weekends
  • High level of energy, endurance, and motivation to tackle challenges

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung)
  • Previous experience in sales or customer relationship management
