Responsibilities
- Process, qualify, and perform initial outreach to warm leads
- Coordinate and schedule appointments between potential new customers and sales closers
- Identify customer potential and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team
- Maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities through confident communication
- Manage strategic customer relationships to ensure long-term loyalty
- Act as a key facilitator within the sales process to drive overall team success
Requirements
- Highly communicative, goal-oriented, and success-driven personality
- Strong passion for sales and building long-term customer relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented office environment (onsite)
- Willingness to travel and provide full commitment at company seminars, including weekends
- High level of energy, endurance, and motivation to tackle challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- Completed commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung)
- Previous experience in sales or customer relationship management
