About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and execute strategic business plans to target key customers and solve specific business needs.
- Plan and execute selling strategies that leverage industry and technical knowledge to grow revenue and product adoption.
- Identify Customer Business Initiatives (CBIs) and develop strategies to help customers achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Account Team to ensure alignment on account strategies and objectives.
- Drive expansion of Annual Contract Value (ACV) within assigned accounts through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key executives within client organizations.
- Manage sales forecasts and maintain opportunity management through regular updates.
- Act as a brand representative for Autodesk by delivering professional presentations to client groups.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience exceeding sales quotas in an assigned territory.
- Experience managing and growing a portfolio of midmarket accounts within complex business solutions.
- Strong executive-level selling and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling software into the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) industry.
