Vertical Marketing Manager - Institutions

Responsibilities

• Produce best-in-class institutional content including case studies, research reports, whitepapers, and sales enablement materials tailored for banks and asset managers.
• Distill complex technical capabilities into clear, persuasive language for risk-conscious, ROI-focused C-suite decision-makers.
• Plan and execute targeted marketing initiatives and thought leadership series to drive institutional adoption of blockchain interoperability.
• Partner closely with Business Development and Investor Relations to create assets for every stage of the sales funnel.
• Support LayerZero’s presence at key industry events, roundtables, and forums.
• Use data and industry benchmarks to back marketing claims and continuously iterate on campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or sales enablement.
• Proven experience in institutional finance, fintech, or the crypto industry.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft precise and credible content for technical and regulated audiences.
• Ability to produce high-quality, multi-format content.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in the intersection of crypto and institutional finance.
