About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage senior-level relationships with high-growth customers to drive long-term strategic campaign initiatives and revenue growth
  • Build robust business cases and perform opportunity sizing to influence leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Act as an external consultant to advise clients on product, technical, and measurement capabilities to maximize campaign performance
  • Leverage complex performance data to deliver impactful, data-driven business insights and influence account strategy
  • Lead and execute internal initiatives, such as new tools and training, to uplevel the team and enhance go-to-market strategy
  • Mentor Account Managers and disseminate best-in-class work across the organization
  • Foster alignment across cross-functional teams to deliver on unique business and performance needs

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in the digital media space
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Analytics
  • Expertise in media management, campaign diagnostics, and optimization within a biddable auction advertising environment
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience analyzing large datasets to deliver actionable insights
  • Proven ability to communicate confidently with C-level representatives and cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Account Manager or equivalent non-entry level experience
  • A passion for Snapchat as a user and deep knowledge of our advertising products
