About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of Account Managers to drive functional excellence and support onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Sales leadership to optimize resource allocation and business impact.
  • Identify vertical trends and guide KPI-driven measurement strategies to optimize campaigns and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Analytics, and Creative Strategy to improve workstreams.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and escalating technical or campaign-related issues.
  • Advocate for category-specific product interests and educate the team on new product go-to-market processes.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in the digital media space.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-funnel campaign activation and measurement (Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion).
  • Deep hands-on experience with social or programmatic ad buying platforms.
  • Strong people management, mentoring, and coaching skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets to solve complex problems and drive strategic action.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing a client services team.
  • Deep familiarity with Snapchat Ads Manager.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote for delivering actionable insights.
  • A passion for the Snapchat platform and its advertising products.
