About the Company

Buena is building the technology that real estate runs on. We're making every part of real estate – from finding and financing to buying and managing – as seamless and transparent as possible by acquiring property managers across Germany and rebuilding them as technology companies.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for your Vertical, including revenue, margin, and payback
• Drive product strategy by defining requirements, writing specs, and working with PMs and engineers
• Design and execute rollouts across all portfolio companies
• Research and master new industry verticals such as brokerage, energy, or insurance

Requirements

• Proven entrepreneurial experience (founder, product builder, or scaled freelance business)
• Strong commercial mindset with understanding of unit economics and deal structures
• Ability to act fast and make reversible decisions
• Proven sales or partnership closing ability
• Native-level German fluency is a hard requirement
• Ability to work onsite in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg)

Preferred Qualifications

• High degree of autonomy and "figure it out" instinct
• Ability to outresearch and outthink industry experts
