We are an ibis & ibis budget hotel-restaurant combo, rated 2 and 3 stars, with 139 rooms, 80 covers, 4 seminar rooms, and a swimming pool located in Cahors (Lot, 46).

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and efficient welcome to guests in accordance with establishment standards
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures using the hotel's IT system
• Verify guest guarantees and reservations
• Manage telephone calls and take occasional reservations
• Maintain and control personal cash drawer
• Respond to guest requests and provide tourist information
• Apply brand procedures regarding access control and security
• Assist with breakfast service and restaurant service

Requirements

• Student in 1st to 3rd year of studies
• Excellent presentation and welcoming manner
• Organized and punctual
• Proficiency in foreign languages (English is a minimum)
• Computer literacy
• High availability for shifted schedules
