Versatile DIY Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and support customers with their DIY projects
• Provide technical expertise, specifically in heating systems, electricity, hardware, and hand tools
• Drive sales by proposing solutions tailored to customer needs
• Manage product displays, organization, and shelf stocking
• Handle stock management, including receiving, controlling, and replenishment
• Manage after-sales service (SAV), including customer files, returns, and complaints
• Oversee equipment rentals and maintain a clean, safe workspace

Requirements

• Solid, indispensable knowledge of heating systems
• Foundational knowledge of electricity
• Strong customer service and technical advisory skills
• Ability to work autonomously and with high attention to detail
• Experience in retail or a DIY store environment is highly appreciated
• Professionalism in handling after-sales service situations
