About the Company

Mio BPA provides assistance and support services. This specific role involves working closely with twin girls living in Skatval who have a rare genetic condition, developmental delays, behavioral challenges, and epilepsy.

Responsibilities

• Act as a support person in daily life
• Facilitate a meaningful everyday routine
• Assist with daily tasks such as dressing and undressing
• Provide support from a milieu therapist perspective

Requirements

• Good Norwegian language skills
• Valid police certificate
• Ability to work shifts (day, evening, and some nights)
• Personal suitability is emphasized

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with behavioral difficulties in children
• Knowledge of epilepsy
• Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC/ASK)
